Smart Seaview Part Two

Smart Seaview currently and abandoned Hotel located on the Seafront of Hove.
Built in the 1800s this hotel used to be a hospital for those in the war and later was sold to become the hotel.
In 2020 the breakout of COVID 19 enabled the hotel to become a 50 roomed hostel and housed the city’s Street Community.
No in bad need of repair the Hotel is closed and on the market for a staggering £7 million.
