Smart Seaview Part One

Smart Seaview,
Currently an Abandoned hotel with 24hr security on site..
This hotel has a lot of history around it built in the 1800s and joined by a church this hotel during the war became a hospital for the wounded. Later the property was sold and made into a hotel and then later into a 50 bed hostel.
In 2020 when Covid 19 broke out it was used to house Brighton and Hoves homeless community but in 2022 the property was declared unsafe due to the large amount of repairs required and thus closed its doors.
Since then there has been Security on site 24/7 and we were given the opportunity to via Big Robs work to spend the night.
