Please go look at savewaverlyhills.com or the Save Waverly Hills Facebook group, basically the historical society has sued the owners, Charlie & Tina Mattingly for ownership and are spouting off lies. It’s really messed up, but the website/fb group has a lot more information that explains everything!-
