What is the issue of our government cover-ups of UFOs?

At one time I believe this was a religious issue. God created the earth and the heavens. Is it possible that God created other beings besides us in the infinite galaxy?

If God created everything then you can bet that earth wasn’t the only playground.

Religion was and still is a “you must believe what the Bible says Word for Word what you don’t believe at all”.

Is it possible that God’s word was left on other worldly planets as well, with the thought of “how would anyone but God know there are beings outside of the earth? “

If you paint a picture of a beautiful landscape and put it in the closet, you then get a new canvas and create another one and so on it, would it not be the same thing but on gods massive scale and millions of years to create?

Back in the 1930s and 40s when big news of something crashing in a farm field made the papers, the government yelled weather balloon.

I believe the thinking was to stop fear and panic since religion was so deeply rooted in the people of the time.

In 1938 HG Wells war of the worlds radio broadcast sent people into panic and chaos over an alien attack and invasion that never happened.

Today religion isn’t as deeply rooted and people are more open to the ideas of aliens and UFOs but even today our government won’t acknowledge UFOs to the general populace, why?

Would the confirmation of beings from another galaxy send the masses into pandemonium or is there another reason? Maybe a national security risk being that UFOs have gotten past the defense systems.

It’s hard to tell what the reasons could be for the government avoiding the alien and UFO controversy.

The only thing I can say about the whole thing, is that the truth is out there somewhere.
