Estes Method at The Old Gilchrist County Jail with Psychic Medium Abby – Part 1

We performed the Estes Method with our psychic medium friend, Abby, at The Old Gilchrist County Jail.
When we mention Ashley, we are referring to another spirit we met on a previous investigation who was a little girl.
For those who do not know, the Estes Method is when a person is blindfolded and is wearing noise canceling headphones that are plugged into a Spirit Box. This allows spirits to potentially communicate to a person who is unaware of what is being said or done around them. The sensory deprivation prevents possible contamination.
